Srinagar, April 18 (GNS): Police on Saturday filed a case against a private hospital owner for misusing letter pads of a doctor in Handwara area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
A police spokesman in a statement said Police Station Handwara received a complaint from a doctor namely Shafqat Rasool Wani stating that he was practicing as consultant at Asif Memorial clinic Handwara in year 2016 and left the clinic in the same year.
“However, the Nursing Home run by Kouser Bakshi is still consulting/treating the patients by using his letter pads,” the spokesman said.
In this connection, a Case FIR No 124/20 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Handwara and investigation has been initiated, the spokesman added. (GNS)
