Srinagar: Apni Party President Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari Saturday said that uprooting dynastic political parties like NC and PDP is akin to Jihad for us.

He said Apni Party’s main aim is to save Jammu & Kashmir from the clutches of NC, PDP and BJP like parties who plunged the region into deep uncertainty.

Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a joining ceremony in Srinagar, Bukhari said that Apni Party will continue its fight for people’s wishes and aspirations and will never bow down before the influence of anti-people parties.

He criticized National Conference and People’s Democratic Party for pushing Jammu & Kashmir into quagmire of uncertainty, saying uprooting dynastic political parties is not less than a Jihad (religious fight) for us.

“I am hopeful people will come forward in large number in elections and will give befitting reply to NC and PDP like dynastic political parties who pushed us into deep miseries. It is jihad for us to keep J&K saved from their clutches,” Bukhari said.

He also said since Apni Party came into being on March 08, 2020 our leaders are using their best efforts to reach out to people and address their difficulties through possible means.

“AP is meant for to serve people and call spade a spade. Why can’t we live happily in the Union of India where there are over 20 Cr Muslims living in,” he said.

He added that people of J&K should be given every right under the ambit of Constitution. “I appeal to give us mandate so that AP will provide a dignified life to our youth,” he added.

Bukhari continued that AP’s main motto is to save society from the clutches of NC, PDP and BJP who all crushed the structure of J&K for their political gains.

He hoped that Apni Party will form next government in Jammu and Kashmir and make the region a hub of peace, prosperity and development.

Hailing people for their cooperation in maintaining law and order situation, Bukhari said that “If there is peace post August 2019 the credit gives to people of Jammu and Kashmir”. (KNS)
