Srinagar, June 14 (GNS) : Inayat Ahmad Wani, a resident of Chatapora, Pulwama, who was critically injured in a bike accident in Pinglena on June 6, succumbed to his injuries after battling for life for eight days in the hospital.
Wani had been admitted to SKIMS Srinagar in critical condition. Despite continuous medical care, he passed away on Friday morning.
The tragic accident had earlier claimed the life of Umaid Najar, a resident of Washbug, Pulwama, who was declared dead on arrival at District Hospital Pulwama on the same day the accident occurred.
Police had already taken cognizance of the incident, and investigations are ongoing. (GNS)
