Srinagar: The Directorate of Health Services Kashmir (DHSK) has constituted a three-member committee to investigate an incident that occurred at Primary Health Centre (PHC) Hardaboora in Tehsil Tangmarg, Baramulla district.

The inquiry committee will be chaired by Dr. Saba Wani, In-charge Deputy Director (Schemes), DHSK. The other members include Dr. Tahir Sajad, In-charge Chief Medical Officer Srinagar, and Sajjid Amin, Assistant Executive Engineer, SHTO Bemina.

The committee has been tasked with conducting an in-depth investigation into the matter and submitting a detailed report to DHSK by or before July 7, 2025, the order states.

The decision to form the committee follows reports of an unspecified incident at the PHC, prompting the health department to seek accountability and clarity on the situation. (JKNS)
