Transfers and Postings Ordered in J&K Administration

J&K Transport Department Orders Transfers of Motor Vehicles Officials

Srinagar, Mar 5 : The Government of Jammu and Kashmir’s General Administration Department (GAD) on Thursday issued an order regarding transfers and postings of several officials in the interest of administration.

According to Government Order No. 284-JK(GAD) of 2026 dated March 5, 2026, the following transfers and postings have been ordered with immediate effect:Ms. Anuradha Abrol, Private Secretary awaiting adjustment in GAD, has been posted in the Industries & Commerce Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.Mr. Reyaz Ahmad Bangroo, Private Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted in the Finance Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.Mr. Munish Gupta, Private Secretary in the Finance Department, has been transferred and posted in the Agriculture Production Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.Mr. Vinod Kumar Bhat, Private Secretary in the Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted in the Finance Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.Mr. Server Ahmad Jan, Private Secretary in the Finance Department, has been transferred and posted in the Health & Medical Education Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.Mr. Mohammad Altaf Wani, Head Assistant in the Agriculture Production Department, has been transferred and posted in the Finance Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.Mr. Irfan-Ullah, Daftari in the Agriculture Production Department, has also been transferred and posted in the Finance Department to work with the Administrative Secretary.

The order further states that Mr. Manzoor Ahmad Bhat, Class-IV employee of J&K Cements Limited, has been recalled from the Agriculture Production Department and deputed to the Finance Department to work with the Administrative Secretary on the same terms and conditions as contained in his initial deputation order.

The order was issued by Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, M. Raju (IAS). (KNC)
