25-day gap in urban, 45 days in rural areas unchanged; citizens urged to avoid panic booking

New Delhi, Mar 25 (KNC): The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas has clarified that reports circulating in sections of the media and on social platforms regarding changes in LPG refill booking norms are incorrect.

In a statement as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, the Ministry said there has been no revision in the existing guidelines, and the minimum gap between two LPG refill bookings continues to remain 25 days in urban areas and 45 days in rural areas.

The Ministry urged citizens not to believe or spread misinformation and advised against panic booking, assuring that adequate LPG stocks are available across the country to meet demand. (KNC)
