Kulgam, May 05: A 30-year-old man was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his residence in the Laroo area of Kulgam on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Shabir Ahmad Sheikh, son of Abdul Salam Sheikh, a resident of Laroo.
Soon after the incident, Tehsildar Kulgam, along with officials from Kulgam Police and a team from the Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), reached the spot to assess the situation and initiate necessary procedures.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the cause of death.(KNC)
