New Delhi, July 09 (GNS): The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued an AGMUT cadre transfer order on July 9, 2026, announcing postings and transfers of IAS and IPS officers across Union Territories.

As per the order, three IAS officers have been posted to Jammu & Kashmir: Saugat Biswas, 2006 batch, from Arunachal Pradesh, Mamta Yadav, 2021 batch, from Delhi, and Ishita Rathi, 2022 batch, from Puducherry.

At the same time, Shahid Iqbal Choudhary, 2009 batch, has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh, while Swati Sheemar, 2023 batch, has been moved from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi.

Among IPS officers, Vishnu Kumar, 2019 batch, Arshi Aadil, 2019 batch, Tikam Singh Verma, 2020 batch, K M Priyanka, 2021 batch, Rajeev Kumar Ambasta, Deepak Yadav, Anand Kumar Mishra, and Satish Kumar have been posted to Jammu & Kashmir.

Meanwhile, Rajesh Kumar Sharma, 2014 batch, has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Chandigarh, Tanushree, 2017 batch, to Delhi, and Deepika, 2018 batch, to Puducherry.(GNS)
