Srinagar, Sep 1 (GNS): The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Tuesday ordered a major reshuffle in the administration,6 transferring and posting 136 JKAS officers with immediate effect.
According to Government Order issued today by the General Administration Department, the following transfers and postings have been ordered:
Mr. Shahbaz Ahmad Mirza, JKAS, Member, J&K Special Tribunal is transferred and posted as Secretary, J&K Public Service Commission.
Mr. Khalid Majeed, JKAS, awaiting orders of adjustment in GAD is posted as Special Secretary, School Education Department.
Ms. Kanta Devi, JKAS, Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Jammu is posted as Special Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department.
Mr. Rajinder Singh, JKAS, Special Secretary, Agriculture Production Department is posted as Special Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction.
Mr. Sanjay Gupta, JKAS, Additional Secretary, Mining Department is posted as Additional Secretary, Forest, Ecology and Environment.
Mr. Amarjeet Singh, JKAS, Special Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol is posted as ADDC, Poonch.
Mr. Pankaj Gupta, JKAS, Additional Inspector General of Registration, Jammu is posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Doda.
Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, JKAS, Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar is posted as ADDC, Pulwama.
Ms. Namrita Dogra, JKAS, Additional Commissioner, State Taxes, Jammu is posted as Regional Director, Survey and Land Records, Jammu.
Ms. Anju Gupta, JKAS, Additional Transport Commissioner, J&K is posted as Additional Inspector General of Registration, Jammu.
Mr. Ghulam Rasool, JKAS, Special Secretary, Revenue Department is posted as ADDC, Kupwara.
Mr. Gulzar Ahmad Dar, JKAS, Special Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department is posted as Special Secretary, Cooperatives Department.
Ms. Rifat Kohli, JKAS, Special Secretary, Housing and Urban Development is posted as Chief Operating Officer, Himayat.
Mr. Bhumesh Sharma, JKAS, Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Kisans is posted as Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People.
Mr. Jogindera Singh Rai, JKAS, Special Secretary, GAD is posted as Managing Director, J&K Agro Industries Development Corporation.
Ms. Rifat Aftab Qureshi, JKAS, ADDC, Srinagar is posted as Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir.
Mr. Rajneesh Gupta, JKAS, COO, Himayat is posted as Special Secretary, Hospitality and Protocol.
Dr. Fayaz Ahmad Banday, JKAS, Director, Command Area Development, Kashmir is posted as Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir.

Dr. Zahoor Ahmad Magray, JKAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir is posted as Additional Commissioner in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir.
Mr. Masarat Hashim, JKAS, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Central J&K is posted as Administrator, Associated Hospitals, Srinagar.
Ms. Veedushi Kapoor, JKAS, Additional Secretary, Civil Aviation Department is posted as Additional Secretary, Revenue Department.
Mr. Anil Salgotra, JKAS, Joint Chief Electoral Officer is posted as Joint Director, School Education, Jammu.
Mr. Raj Mohammad, JKAS, Additional Secretary, Industries and Commerce is posted as Director, Land Management, SDA.
Ms. Sumera Shamim, JKAS, Director, Land Management, SDA is posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kashmir.
Ms. Afshan Masood, JKAS, Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Other Backward Classes is posted as Joint Director, IMPARD.
Ms. Avleen Kour Bali, JKAS, Secretary, Advisory Board for Development of Pahari Speaking People is posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Jammu.
Mr. Virender Kumar Manyal, JKAS, CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop is posted as Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Banking and Finance.
Mr. Rakesh Dubey, JKAS, Joint Registrar, Cooperatives, Banking and Finance is posted as CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Patnitop.
Mr. Tariq Hussain, JKAS, CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Gulmarg is posted as Registrar-cum-Controller of Examinations, SKIMS, Soura.
Among the junior scale officers, several BDOs, CDPOs, Under Secretaries and other officers have been transferred and their services placed at the disposal of Social Welfare, Industries and Commerce, Finance, Transport, Rural Development and Tourism departments.
As per the order, all officers shall be deemed to have been relieved immediately from their respective places of posting.(GNS)
