Baramulla, Sep 1: A road accident in Gulmarg area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district claimed the life of a young man, while another youth sustained injuries in the incident.
The deceased has been identified as Farooq Ahmad Lone, son of Ghulam Nabi Lone, a resident of Chanpora, Tangmarg.
The injured youth was initially shifted for medical treatment and was later referred to a hospital in Srinagar for specialized care.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident. [KNT]
