SRINAGAR, SEPTEMBER 03: Chief Engineer, Distribution, KPDCL has informed that the Shutdown of 33 kV Kupwara Hot & Kupwara Old line will be observed due to which power supply to Arampora, Drugmulla, Whole Kupwara Town, Gulgam, Batergam, DC Office Complex, Whole Lolab & Machil Valley and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 05 September 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV Kupwara Hot line will be observed due to which power supply to Arampora, Drugmulla, Whole Kupwara Town, Gulgam, Batergam, DC Office Complex and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 07 September 2026.
Likewise, shutdown of 33 KV Khansahib Tapline will be observed due to which power supply to Mujpathry, Khansahib, Raithan, Gurwaite and adjoining areas will be affected from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on 07 September 2026.
Similarly, shutdown of 33 kV KP Bagh line will be observed due to which power supply to Mehjoornagar, Jawaharnagar, Kursoo, Rajbagh Zero Bridge, Gogjibagh, Lalmandi, KP Bagh, Soiteng PHE and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 10 & 15 September 2026.
Likewise, shutdown of 33 kV Kangan Surfraw line will be observed due to which power supply to Gund, Kullan, Gangangeer, Sonamarg, Fraw, Ganiwan and adjoining areas will be affected from 08 AM to 02 PM on 05 September 2026.
Meanwhile, the Chief Engineer has informed that the Shutdown of 33 kV Pampore BK Pora Line, earlier scheduled for 03 & 07 September, 2026, has been rescheduled.
As per the revised schedule, the shutdown will now be observed on 09 September, 2026, from 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
