Srinagar, Sep 22 (GNS): Government of Jammu and Kashmir has appointed an Inquiry Officer in the matter of Pawan Kumar Singh, the then Principal, GHSS Udhampur.
As per Government Order issued by School Education Department, sanction is hereby accorded to appointment of Mushtaq Ahmad, Joint Director (M), Directorate of School Education, Jammu as Inquiry Officer to conduct a detailed enquiry into allegations levelled against Pawan Kumar Singh, Principal, Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Udhampur (now retired), in terms of provisions of J&K Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
Mohan Singh, Under Secretary to Government, School Education Department shall act as Presenting Officer in the case.
The Inquiry Officer shall submit his findings/inquiry report within a period of 20 days from date of issuance of this order.
