Srinagar, Sep 22 (GNS): Jammu and Kashmir Government has posted 21 Junior Scale probationers of 2025 batch of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service.
As per Government Order in interest of administration, services of 21 Junior Scale Probationers of 2025 batch of JKAS, who are presently awaiting orders of adjustment in General Administration Department, are hereby placed at disposal of Administrative Departments, as per details forming annexure to this order, for further posting.
It has been further ordered that respective Administrative Departments shall post these officers, immediately, in conformity with guidelines inter alia contained in Transfer Policy notified vide Government while doing so, it shall be ensured that these officers are posted outside their home districts. However, this shall not be applicable to officers having been appointed to JKAS on basis of being Resident of Backward Areas or an Area adjoining Line of Actual Control, who shall be posted in their respective areas in terms of sub-section 2 of Section 3 of J&K Reservation Act, 2004.
21 posts of Junior Scale of JKAS are hereby transferred to respective Administrative Departments, for purpose of drawl of salary.
The Junior Scale JKAS officers shall join in allotted departments with immediate effect.
