Srinagar, Dec 31 (GNS): The Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday filed charge sheet against a resident of Bandipora for duping a person on the pretext of providing him a government job in the Forest Department. The Challan in case (FIR No. 30/2019) under section 420,468 RPC was filed against the accused, Farooq Ahmad Bhat of Malangam Bandipora, before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Bandipora, an official of the CBK told GNS. The case was filed consequent upon a complaint received by Crime Branch Kashmir, stating therein that the accused duped him of his money on the pretext of providing him a government job in the Forest Department. “The accused had also provided the complainant with a fake recruitment order,” the official added.
