Faces Probe Over ‘Mis-presentation of Facts’ Regarding Validity of PG Degrees Acquired VIA Distance Mode Asif Iqbal Srinagar, Jan 10 (GNS): Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered for attachment of Incharge Joint Director Elementary Education (EE) on administrative grounds over ‘mis-presentation of facts’ regarding validity of Post-graduate degrees through Distance mode. “In view of the mis-presentation of the facts and Departments stand regarding PG Degrees acquired through Distance Mode vide communication No. DSEK/EstIII/B-Trs/NZ/TS/1172/2022/5762, dated 31-12-2022 of DSEK, Sh. Shamas-ud- Din, In-charge Joint Director, Elementary Education (EE) DSEK is hereby attached with the Administrative Department with immediate effect”, reads an order, a copy of which lies with GNS. “Further Director School Education Kashmir is appointed as Inquiry officer regarding the issue, he shall submit the enquiry report within 15 days from the date of Issuance of this order along with his recommendations”, the order reads further.
