Nadeem Nadu Srinagar, Jan 18 (GNS): Nine travelers were among 82 fresh covid-19 cases reported in Jammu and Kashmir in the last 24 hours, taking the total tally to 123425, officials said on Monday. Also, one death was attributed to the virus was confirmed from Jammu division during the time, taking the death count to 1922. Officials told GNs that among the fresh cases 36 were from Jammu Division and 46 from Kashmir Valley.Giving district-wise details, they said, Srinagar reported 13 cases, Baramulla 0, Budgam 7, Pulwama 2, Kupwara 5, Anantnag 2, Bandipora 1, Ganderbal 13, Kulgam 1, Shopian 2, Jammu 26, Udhampur 4, Rajouri 0, Doda 0, Kathua 1, Samba 2, Kishtwar 2, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 3.A number of cases were confirmed at the diagnostic laboratories of SKIMS Soura and GMC Anantnag.The SKIMS cases include male (38) from Hanjiwara, female (60) from Pethkoot Beerwah, male (65) from Nowhar Chadoora Budgam, male (14) from Baghi Mehtab, male (70) from Hafiz Bagh, male (30) from Lal Bazar, two males (26, 20) from Elahibagh, male (NA) from Qamarwari, female (60) from Kani Kadal Srinagar and female (75) from Saloora Ganderbal. The GMC Anantnag cases include male (25) from Manloo, male (22) from Chowan, male (60) from Pehlipora.Moreover, they said, 194 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals— 123 from Jammu Division and 71 from Kashmir Valley.
