Uri (Baramulla), Sep 14 (GNS): Authorities on Monday closed Zonal Education Office in Uri after a department officer tested positive for COVID19 infection.
Reports reaching GNS that a department officer of Zonal Education Office Uri tested positive on Sunday last which forced the authorities to close the office for further orders.
Confirming the development, an official told GNS that they have received directions from Sub-division magistrate Uri for closure of the office till further orders.
“Directions have been given to local Municipal committee for sanitization of office building” he added. (GNS)
