Pulwama, 14 (GNS): Police on Thursday recovered body of a man from an orchard in Pulwama district of south Kashmir.
Official sources told GNS said that the body was found hanging from a tree at Nada area of Gossu by locals who informed the police. Later a police team reached the spot and recovered it in the afternoon, they said.
Police identified the deceased as Firdous Ahmad Wani (40), a tractor driver, son of Ghulam Mohammad Wani of Gossu Pulwama.
“A case has been registered in this regard and further investigation has been taken up,” they added. (GNS)
