As many as 10 cases were put up for discussion; after thorough deliberation on various aspects of the policy, 05 cases were approved by the committee and 05 cases were reverted to applicants to get some observations cleared.

The DC directed the concerned departments to submit quality comments/concrete NOCs within stipulated time as per the provisions of PSGA Act to ensure timely disposal of CLU.

Rather emphasised that since CLU cases involve comments from various departments, there is an increased need for inter-departmental coordination. The DC directed officers to stick to the given timelines and conduct the joint site inspections of the cases.

The meeting was attended by ADC, ACR, Tehsildars, and concerned officers from related departments.
