Srinagar: Government of Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday ordered for deputation of a police officer from Assistant Director SKPA to Prisons Department.
“Sanction is hereby accorded to the deputation of Shri Zulfikar Azad (JKPS:2001), Assistant Director, SKPA Udhampur, to the Prisons Department, on the standard terms and conditions of deputation, as laid down in Schedule XVIII of the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service Regulations, 1956, Vol-I”, reads an order in this regard, a copy of which lies with GNS.
“Consequently, Shri Zulfikar Azad is further posted as Superintendent Central Jail Srinagar. The salary of the Officer shall be drawn by the Police Headquarters, J&K, from the overall cadre of JKPS, on receipt of monthly attendance certificate from the Prisons Department”, reads the order. (GNS)
