Srinagar: A local court in central Kashmir Budgam district has issued an arrest warrant against a BJP leader of Minority Morcha.
In an arrest warrant, a copy of which is in the possession of Srinagar based news agency Kashmir Dot Com, the Court has directed the SHO concerned to arrest the accused person namely Syed Shafat Hussain son of Syed Mohammad Hussain Shah, a resident of Umar Abad Peerbagh Budgam in case of 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, pending before the court.
The Court has directed the SHO concerned to arrest the accused person and produce him before the court by or before 04 February 2024, it said.
Hussain is said to be the National Secretary of Minority Morcha (BJP).
