Police in Awantipora have arrested four absconders who were evading their arrest from last 35 years.
Warrant under section 512 CrPC issued by Hon’ble Court of JMIC Tral pending with Police Station Tral against 04 accused persons namely Wahid Bakerwal son of Shera Bakerwal, Ab Rashid Bakerwal son of Shera Bakerwal, Ab Aziz Bakerwal son of Shera Bakerwal, all residents of Hari Chema Kala Koot Rajouri and Maam Jan Bakerwal son of Misri Bakerwal resident of Wansoo Rajouri.
All the arrested accused persons were involved in case FIR No. 111/1989 of Police Station Tral and were evading their arrest from last 35 years. The arrests were made by a Special Police team under the supervision of SDPO Tral. Subsequently, the arrested accused persons were produced before the Hon’ble Court of Law.
