Jammu: In a major reshuffle within the Jammu and Kashmir Police, Director General of Police Jammu and Kashmir Nalin Prabhat, ordered transfers of senior officers across the Union Territory while posting Mohammad Wasim Shah as DSP, SOG Budgam.
According to the order as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Sh Mohammad Wasim Shah (KPS236384), upon completion of his Basic/District Practical Training, has been posted as DSP, SOG Budgam with immediate effect.
Following this adjustment, several officers have been transferred in the interest of administration, Sh Mohammad Idress Wani (KPS135819) moves from DSP SOG Budgam to DSP 12 JKAP. Sh Mohd Rafi Parray (EXK931959) shifts from DSP DAR Srinagar to DSP EOW Srinagar. Sh Nazir Ahmed Teli (EXK952277), previously awaiting posting at HQ, is posted as DSP DAR Srinagar and Sh Omparkash (ARP985548) is transferred from DSP PHQ to SDPO Basohli.
All officers have been directed to be relieved forthwith. The transfers aim to strengthen administrative efficiency and operational readiness across various police units in the Union Territory. (KNC)
