Jammu, Sep 17 (GNS): A pigeon believed to have flown from Pakistan was recovered in Hiranagar sector of Kathua district.

They told GNS that the pigeon was found carrying a ring tied around its leg and is suspected to have crossed over from across the border.

This is the fourth such incident reported from the Hiranagar sector in recent times.

Security agencies have taken custody of the bird and are examining the ring and other details to ascertain its origin and purpose, they said.(GNS)
