Srinagar, May 11 : A group of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) probationers of the AGMUT Cadre on Sunday called on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in Srinagar.
The probationers who met the Chief Minister included Alfred Thomas, Ruchika Jha, Mohd. Haris Mir, Shagun Singh and Jitendra Kumar.
During the interaction, the Chief Minister enquired about their present postings in Jammu and Kashmir and discussed the nature of their administrative assignments and overall functioning in the field.
Omar Abdullah also interacted with the young officers on governance-related matters and encouraged them to serve the people with sincerity and professionalism.
Extending his best wishes to the probationers for their future careers, the Chief Minister urged them to work with dedication and commitment for the welfare of the people and the progress of the nation.(KNC)
