Any individual or group found involved in posting or circulating such prohibited content on social media shall face strict legal action in accordance with law. A case FIR No. 139/2026 under Sections 137(1) and 103 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) has already been registered at Police Station Budgam, and investigation in the matter is underway under the supervision of DySP Hqrs Budgam.
