Doda, Jun 14 (GNS): A 55-year-old social forest guard on Sunday afternoon died after he slipped while on duty in Gandoh here.
Reports reaching GNS said that guard, Basharat Hussain Dar son of Mohammad Shareef Dar of Shahlala in Gandoh, suffered grave injuries in the incident. He was immediately evacuated to Community Health Care Centre Gandoh. However, the doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
SDPO Gandoh Nawaz Khanday confirming the death of the forest guard said that the incident took place this afternoon. (GNS)
