Four Indian Students Injured in Attack in Russia’s Ufa; Embassy Assures Assistance

Srinagar, Feb 8 : Four Indian students were among several people injured in an unfortunate attack in Ufa, Russia, the Indian Embassy in Moscow said.

In a post on X, the Indian Embassy in Moscow Russia as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC stated that “an incident of attack has taken place in Ufa, resulting in injuries to multiple persons, including four Indian students.”

The Embassy said it is in close contact with the local authorities regarding the matter.

The post further said that officials from the Indian Consulate in Kazan are on their way to Ufa to provide necessary assistance and support to the injured Indian students.
