Kupwara: Peoples Conference President Sajad Gani Lone on Monday convened a series of significant meetings of six block committees in Handwara Constituency. The meetings, held in two separate sessions, brought together Block Upper Rajwar-A, Upper Rajwar-B, Drugmulla-B, Lower Rajwar, Handwara Town, Jaggerpora Kawari & Vodhpora.
The primary objective of the meetings was to meticulously strategize and chart out plans for the upcoming Parliamentary elections, with a keen focus on ensuring comprehensive preparations and meeting all ground-level requirements effectively.
During the meeting, PC President emphasized the critical importance of amplifying the public’s voice on all relatable platforms, ensuring genuine and authentic representation of their concerns and aspirations.
“It is crucial that we embody the steadfast voice of our people that amplifies their genuine concerns, demands and aspirations for a brighter tomorrow. Peoples Conference leadership has consistently led the charge in advocating for the issues that matter most to our people,” he emphasized firmly.
Recognizing the importance of understanding the everyday challenges faced by the common citizen, PC President reaffirmed the party’s unwavering commitment to meeting the expectations of the electorate and restoring the lost dignity of the people. This vision aims to bolster developmental works and endeavors focusing on strengthening the local economy.
Furthermore, Party President urged the members to actively engage in public outreach endeavors and effectively communicate the party’s public-centric agenda among the local populace.

The notable attendees at the meetings comprised State Secretary Farooq Chichi, Abdul Ahad Kashmiri, Ashiq Hussain Shiekh, Javid Ali, Waseem Raja, Hameed Khan, along with Block Presidents Ghulam Mohiuddin Dar, Bashir Ahmad Wani, Mohammad Shafi Bhat and Ghulam Ahmad.
