New Delhi, Aug 12 (GNS): The Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday ordered the transfer of Prasanna Ramaswamy G, IAS (AGMUT:2010) from Jammu and Kashmir to Lakshadweep with immediate effect.
According to an order issued by the MHA, a copy which lies with GNS states that the transfer has been made “with the approval of the Competent Authority” and will remain in force “until further orders.”
The order was issued by Rakesh Kumar Singh, Under Secretary to the Government of India.
Prasanna Ramaswamy G, a 2010 batch AGMUT cadre officer, was serving in J&K prior to the transfer.(GNS)
