Jammu, March 9(GNS): Army on Monday said that an army soldier went missing during river crossing training exercise in Sunderbani area.

Taking on to micro-blogging platform X, the army’s WhiteKnight Corps wrote, “During a River Crossing Training exercise conducted in general area of Sundarbani, Sepoy Akshit Sharma was reported missing at around 12 pm today.

Extensive search operations are underway with all available resources of the Indian Army and civil agencies being employed to locate the soldier, reads the post.(GNS)
