Ganderbal, Mar 14 : A man lost his life after being electrocuted while attempting to cut tree branches near a power transmission line in the Tullamulla area of Ganderbal district on Saturday.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that, the deceased has been identified as Ghulam Nabi Bhat, son of Gafoor Bhat, resident of Ladwuna, Tullamulla, Ganderbal,
He was immediately shifted to SKIMS Soura for medical attention. However, doctors declared him brought dead on arrival, official said.
Authorities have taken cognizance, and further investigation and proceedings are underway. (KNC)
