Srinagar, Feb 28 : A 55-year-old man who had sustained critical injuries after allegedly falling from a mosque while carrying out work in Budgam district on Saturday has succumbed to his injuries, officials said.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that the deceased has been identified as Ab Rehman Nagar (55), son of Mohammad Jamal, a resident of Ompora Budgam. He had fallen from a masjid at Bazar Mohalla Ompora during work and was immediately shifted to SMHS Hospital Srinagar for treatment.
Doctors had earlier stated that his condition was critical; however, he later breathed his last at the hospital. Further proceedings have been initiated. (KNC)
