New Delhi, Sep 9: The Lieutenant Governor of Delhi has ordered a significant reshuffle in the Delhi administration, transferring and posting several IAS and DANICS officers with immediate effect.

As per an official order issued by the Services Department, a copy of which lies with news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, Financial Commissioner Prashant Goyal (IAS, AGMUT:1993) will now also hold the additional charges of ACS (Food & Civil Supplies) and CMD (DFC).

Sandeep Kumar (IAS, AGMUT:1997), presently Principal Secretary (Vigilance) with additional charge of Principal Secretary (AR), Principal Secretary (Transport), and Principal Secretary (Environment & Forest), has been assigned further charge of Principal Secretary (IT) and Chairman (DPCC).

Neeraj Semwal (IAS, AGMUT:2003), serving as Secretary Revenue-cum-Divisional Commissioner with additional charge of Secretary (Land & Building), will also take charge of Secretary (Power).

Pandurang K Pole has been given charge of Secretary (Higher
Education & TTE) with the
additional charge of
Secretary (Education).

Vijay Kumar Bidhuri who was awaiting charge has been given charge of Secretary (Urban Development) with the additional charge of Secretary Environment & Forest.

Other senior officers including Shurbir Singh, Vijay Kumar Bidhuri, Ashok Kumar, Shilpa Shinde, Sandeep Kumar Singh, Ravi Jha, Jitendra Kumar Jain, Dr. Kinny Singh, Sanjeev Kumar, Ravi Dadhich, Yash Chaudhary, and Praveer Kumar Singh have also been given fresh postings and additional responsibilities under the reshuffle.
