In order to bridge the gap between Police and public, Police in Pulwama facilitated a PCPG meeting at C.B Nath Rajpora Pulwama which was chaired by SSP Pulwama Shri Mohd Yousif along with SP Hqrs Pulwama, SHO PS Rajpora. The meeting was attended by respectable of the area.
During the meeting, participants raised various issues. Referring the grievances, the chairing officers assured them that their genuine grievances will be resolved on priority & the issues pertains to civil administration will be taken up with concerned departments for early redressal. The participants were stressed to cooperate with Police in maintaining L&O and curbing the drug menace in the area and in identifying the anti-national/anti-social elements who always try to disrupt the peaceful environment/atmosphere. The participants commended the police initiative, expressing full support in addressing social issues.
The meeting concluded on a positive note with the commitment that police and public will work in tandem towards eradicating the evils in the society.
