Qazigund, Sep 10 : Three members of a family were injured after a battery-operated auto-rickshaw collided with an Alto car bearing registration number JK01N-0919 in Qazigund area of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district.
The injured have been identified as Ghulam Mohideen Wani (65), his wife Shameema (50), and their son Asif Hussain Wani (28), all residents of Pooli, Verinag.
Following the accident, the injured were shifted to the Emergency Hospital Qazigund. They were subsequently referred to Government Medical College (GMC), Anantnag, for further treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated proceedings. (KNC)
