Handwara, June 22nd : A two-year-old girl died in a tragic accident after falling into a water-filled tub at her residence in the Shumriyal area of Handwara on Monday.
Sources said the child was playing near the tub when she accidentally fell into it. Her family rushed her to a nearby medical facility, but doctors declared her brought dead.
Police have taken note of the incident and started the necessary legal proceedings. The unfortunate incident has left the bereaved family and residents of the area in mourning.
