Anantnag, May 12: Two youth sustained injuries in a road accident on KP Road in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Monday.
According to reports, the accident occurred after two vehicles collided on the busy KP Road, leaving the duo injured. Soon after the incident, locals and police rushed to the spot and shifted the injured to a nearby hospital for immediate medical treatment.
Meanwhile, a police team from Bud Adda Police Station also reached the accident site. The injured persons were later referred to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag for specialized treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and initiated further investigation. (KNC)
