Srinagar, Aug 3 (GNS): At least sixteen detainees from Kashmir Valley were shifted to jails outside Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday, official sources said.
While sources confirmed to GNS that the detainees have been shifted outside, no reason has been given for the move which comes barely a couple of days ahead of the second anniversary of effective nullification of the Article 370 and bifurcation of the erstwhile state into union territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
