Kupwara, July 4(GNS): A judicial officer in Kupwara has written a letter to local CMO, seeking his advise as to what precautions and steps are to be taken in order to prevent the community spread of Covid-19.

The letter was sent by the Sub-Judge Kupwara after two advocates, practicing at District Court complex Kupwara reported Covid-19 positive as per the test conducted at District Hospital. “The advocates were having frequent contacts with advocates practicing at Kupwara. (They were also having frequent) contacts with the court staff, prosecution, officials, officers of all courts housed at District Court Complex Kupwara,” reads the letter, a copy o which lies with GNS.

“It is requested that this office be intimated/advised as to what precautions/steps are to be taken in order to prevent the community spread of Covid-19,” the judicial officer has said. (GNS)
