Srinagar, Nov 26 (GNS): The Crime Branch Kashmir on Thursday produced a chargesheet against three persons in connection with possession of a plot in Boatman colony Bemina from SDA on the fake identity and fake documents.
The crime branch in a statement issued here to GNS said that a case (FIR No.36 of 2008) under section 419,420,468,471,201,120-B RPC was filed in 2008 and the charge sheet was filed before the Court of Sub judge Special Mobile Magistrate Srinagar against the three accused persons namely Mohammad Lateef Tappa, Abdul Rasheed Tappa and Manzoor Ahmad Tappa. “The main accused Mohammad Lateef Tappa had got the possession of a plot in Boatman colony Bemina from SDA on the fake identity and fake documents,” it said, adding, “During investigation the sale as well as the construction of the said plot was stopped through SDA.” (GNS)
