Rajouri, April 27 : Wife of a BSF inspector was found hanging from the ceiling of quarter room in Sunderbani in Rajouri district on Tuesday.
Police said that death was mysterious and inquest proceedings have been launched in this regard.
Sources said that the inspector identified as Karan Veer is posted with 69 battalion BSF in Sunderbani area.
“Body of the woman wife of BSF inspector Karan Veer was found from ceiling fan in the official quarter,” a police official said.
SDPO Nowshera Zakir Shaheen Mirza told said that inquest proceeding has been initiated under section 174 CrPC. “The death seems mysterious and investigations have been taken up,” he added.
