- Jammu Region: Kathua, Samba, Doda, and Kishtwar districts are likely to experience light to moderate rain today, with severe weather conditions expected on Tuesday.
- Kashmir Region: South Kashmir will bear the maximum impact, with heavy to very heavy rainfall expected in the higher reaches. The Pir Panjal mountains may receive heavy to very heavy rain, increasing the risk of flash floods and landslides.

- Trekking: Avoid trekking and venturing into the mountains of Jammu region and South Kashmir until Wednesday due to the risk of landslides and flash floods.
- Travel: Be prepared for disruptions in travel across various mountain passes on Tuesday due to flash floods, shooting stones, and landslides.
