Kulgam, May 5: A youth was found unconscious under mysterious circumstances at his residence in the Malwan area of Kulgam and was later declared dead at the hospital, officials said on Tuesday.
The deceased has been identified as Abrar Yaseen, son of Mohd Yaseen Malik and a resident of Malwan Bunpora. According to officials, he was found unconscious at his home, following which he was immediately rushed to District Hospital Kulgam for treatment.
However, doctors at the hospital declared him brought dead on arrival. The exact cause of death is yet to be ascertained.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.(KNC)
