Sharing of passwords, OTPs or allowing unauthorized access to the registration system was strictly prohibited, while any unauthorized alteration of login credentials was made liable for disciplinary action.
The order further emphasized that officials shall not leave their place of deployment without prior permission and must ensure complete confidentiality of pilgrims’ personal data while immediately reporting any technical issues or operational difficulties to the designated nodal officers.
