Jammu, Aug 21(GNS): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday said that agriculture is the next big frontier for entrepreneurship and urged youth to build solutions rooted in local problems.
The Lieutenant Governor, as per GNS, said this while inaugurating ‘Unnati Girls Hostel’, AI & ML Lab, Mushroom Research Centre, Sericulture Lab and Digital Media Centre at SKUAST-Jammu, and addressing the Startup Outreach Programme under JKCIP.
LG Sinha highlighted the vast potential in agriculture and allied sectors for startups and innovation.
He said youth should focus on creating sustainable, technology-driven solutions addressing local agricultural challenges.
The event was held at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology, Jammu.(GNS)
