Srinagar, Sep 25 (GNS): The J&K Police Cycle Race-2026 scheduled to be held on Sunday, September 27, 2026, on the Boulevard Road stretch in Srinagar has been postponed.
Officials told GNS that new dates for the event will be updated and announced separately.
Earlier, Srinagar Traffic Police had issued a traffic advisory in view of the race, stating that Boulevard Road from Lalit Ghat till Harwan via Shalimar and Lalit Ghat to Pandach Crossing via Zakoora would remain closed for general traffic from 06:00 AM to 09:00 AM on Sunday.
With the postponement of the event, the traffic restrictions announced for Sunday shall not be in effect as per the revised schedule.(GNS)
