Srinagar, Oct 3 (GNS): At least one person was killed and half a dozen others injured after a bus met with an accident in Ramban district on Saturday.
Officials told GNS that the accident took place in Ramban, leaving one woman dead and several others injured, who have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha expressed anguish over the tragic bus accident.
“Deeply anguished by the tragic bus accident in Ramban, in which one person lost her life. Heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family. Spoke with DC Ramban to ensure best possible treatment for the seriously injured shifted to GMC Jammu. Praying for their speedy recovery,” LG Sinha said in a post.
