Jammu, Dec 25 : The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered a fresh round of transfers and postings in the Directorate General of Accounts and Treasuries, Finance Department, in the interest of administration.
According to Order No. 159-Acctts of 2025 dated December 24, issued by the Director General, Accounts and Treasuries, Finance Department, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, several Assistant Accounts Officers (AAOs), Assistant Accounts Divisional officers (AADs) and other officials under transfer orders have been posted and adjusted at various offices across the Union Territory with immediate effect.
Order states that, Mr. Prince Iqbal, AAO/ATO, Sub Treasury Gurez, has been transferred and posted as AAO, PW (R&B) Division Gurez, while Mr. Aarif Hussain Mir has been shifted from PW (R&B) Division Gurez to the office of the Chief Medical Officer, Bandipora.
Ms. Vandhana Sharma has been posted to Seed Multiplication Farm Chinore, while Ms. Shakuntala Devi has been adjusted in the Nazool Organisation, Jammu. Ms. Hemavati has been transferred from BDO Nagrota Gujroo to BDO Mahanpur, and Ms. Isma Bashir has been posted to Civil Construction Division-I PDC, Ganderbal.
Ms. Saima Majeed Nasti has been posted in the office of BDO Khoveripora, while Mr. Ramesh Lal has been adjusted in the Cooperative Department, Civil Secretariat. Mr. Yaseen Aziz has been posted to the Directorate of Social Welfare, Kashmir, and Mr. Nazir Ahmad Pail has been posted in the office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation & Flood Control Division, Tral.
Mr. Ripu Rajan has been posted in the office of BDO Nagrota Gujroo, Mr. Robin Koul in the Office of Director General Audit & Inspections J&K, and Mr. Amit Kumar in the office of Executive Engineer, Mechanical & Hospital Division, Rajouri.
Among promoted officers, Mr. Parshotam Kumar has been posted as AAO in the office of Assistant Commissioner Development, Udhampur, Ms. Neha Slathia in the State Cancer Institute Jammu, and Mr. Tanveer Yaqoob in the office of DIG Rajouri–Poonch Range.
Mr. Mohd Modasir Lone has been posted as ATO, Sub Treasury Gurez, vice Mr. Prince Iqbal.
