Srinagar, July 16 (GNS): District administration Anantnag on Thursday brought down an illegal construction on an agriculture land even as the deputy commissioner of the south Kashmir district warned violators with similar action.

Official sources said that the administration carried out a demolition drive and brought down an “illegal structure” at the Uranhall area of the district. The structure, as per the officials of the Revenue department, was coming up on agricultural land along the Jammu-Srinagar Highway near the Flour Mill and has been demolished.

Deputy Commisioner Anantnag Kuldeep Krishan Sidha told GNS that similar action will be taken against all violators.

“Their turn will come,” he responded to query about what action is being taken against those indulged in illegal construction in the district. (GNS)
